Ozgur Ozguc is a highly experienced professional in the field of naval architecture and marine engineering, currently serving as the Lead QA/QC Engineer – Structures for the Baleine II FPSO & FSO Project at Altera Infrastructure since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ozgur held positions as Lead Structural Engineer for the FPSO Kaminho project at TotalEnergies and as an Associate Professor focusing on Offshore Structures at Istanbul Technical University. With extensive industry experience dating back to 2002, Ozgur has worked in various capacities including Lead Structural & Outfitting Engineer at INPEX, Senior Structural Engineer and Consultant at DNV, and Structural Engineer at Bureau Veritas Group. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree from Istanbul Technical University.
