Mateusz Emche is an experienced marine engineer currently serving as a 2nd assistant engineer for Altera Infrastructure since September 2020, responsible for the operation and maintenance of rotating equipment on an FPSO. Previously held positions include 2nd assistant mechanic on an FSO, ERO/Engineer/Motorman at Teekay, and Motorman roles at multiple companies, focusing on engine room maintenance and compliance with safety protocols. Emche has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Marine Power Plant Operation from the Maritime University of Szczecin, completed in 2017.
