Florin Neagu is an experienced project manager and business leader with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Project Director at ALTEN Romania since June 2017, Florin oversees engineering teams within the ALTEN TECHNO division and is responsible for project delivery and financial performance. Previously held a role as Business Unit Manager, focusing on client relationship management and P&L responsibilities. Prior work experience includes a Project/Program Manager position at Assystem, where automotive mechanical systems projects were managed, and various roles at SOGETI High Tech GmbH, including Project Manager for the Airbus A350XWB and A380 projects.
