Paweł Król is an experienced professional in engineering business management with a focus on the railway sector and heavy transport, currently serving as Engineering Business Manager at ALTEN Polska since January 2022. Responsibilities include business development, account management, recruitment policy definition, and team coaching to enhance the performance of a business unit comprising 50 consultants. Prior to this role, Paweł held various positions at Alior Bank S.A., including Sales Team Manager, where expertise in banking product sales and customer activation was developed, and at McDonald's Corporation as Manager overseeing team operations.
