Benjamin Benharrosh has a long and varied work experience. In 2004, they began their career as a Project Manager at Comune di Napoli. Two years later, they moved to the Préfecture de la région d’Île-de-France as a Deputy Manager for Road Construction. In 2008, they joined the Secrétariat d'Etat au Développement de la Région Capitale as a Cabinet member. In 2011, they co-founded Alteia and Neoen, taking on the roles of Head of Sales and Deputy General Manager at Neoen Marine, respectively. Later that same year, they co-founded Delair.
Benjamin Benharrosh began their education in 1998 at Lycée Saint Louis. Benjamin then attended École Polytechnique from 2000 to 2003, studying physics, economics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, urban planning, and philosophy. From 2003 to 2006, they attended École des Ponts ParisTech, studying civil engineering, politics, and public policy.
