Silvano Joly has a diverse work experience, spanning over several years. Silvano began their career as a Managing Partner at Seac02, a start-up focused on augmented reality software applications. Silvano then joined Fondazione Torino Wireless as an Associate Venture Manager, where they created and managed the Sales & Marketing Desk, supporting start-up projects. Silvano subsequently worked as a Sales Manager at SAP and Business Objects, responsible for positioning business intelligence solutions to major accounts. Silvano later transitioned to think3 as VP of Marketing and Sales Operations, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations for the company's direct and channel organizations. Silvano then joined Dassault Systèmes as a Senior Director, leading sales, management, and business development initiatives for the EuroMed region. Following that, they served as the Country Manager, Sales at Centric Software, assisting Italian fashion and luxury customers with product lifecycle management solutions. Silvano then took on the role of Country Sales Manager - Italy & Iberia at Syncron, supporting manufacturers in implementing after-sales service solutions. Currently, they are working at Altea Federation as Director - Central Business Development and is also part of the A-People team.

Silvano Joly has a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences (History of Economy) from Università degli Studi di Torino, obtained from 1985 to 1990. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from LIUC - Università Cattaneo. During the same period, they also completed an Executive MBA from CFMT. In terms of additional certifications, Silvano Joly obtained a certification in Demo2Win! from 2Win! in 2021.
