Lisa Dymond (nee Wiens) is an experienced professional who currently holds the position of Partner & Head of Talent at Altas Partners. Prior to this role, Lisa served as the Chief Talent Officer at The Boston Consulting Group for several years. With a background in HR and talent management, Lisa has expertise in organizational redesign, change management, and developing global intellectual property on key topics. Throughout their career, Lisa has managed and developed teams, provided strategic insight to clients, and authored multiple articles in their field. Lisa holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA in Political Science and Mass Communication from Carleton University.
