Victoria Kraver has over eight years of experience in recruitment and healthcare management. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at AltaPointe Health Systems since September 2021, Victoria previously held roles as Recruitment Specialist at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Nurse Recruiting Specialist and Recruiter at Infirmary Health from March 2016 to September 2021, as well as Capital Contract Specialist and Materials Management Intern at DCH Health System from August 2015 to March 2016. Victoria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Healthcare Management from The University of Alabama in 2015.
