Andre Degenhardt currently serves as the Global Head of HR for Elantas at ALTANA AG since June 2024. Prior to this role, Andre held various senior HR positions at Munters from January 2014 to June 2024, including Vice President of Human Resources and HR Business Partner, overseeing the HR organization for the global FoodTech business area across 12 countries. Andre's responsibilities included leading HR strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, and HR operations in previous roles. Earlier experience includes providing financial advisory services at Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Andre Degenhardt holds an MBA in General Management from Euro-FH University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from FOM University, complemented by vocational training in human resources and banking.
