The Marketing Coordinator at AltaML will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, ensuring all design elements align with the brand’s identity. This role combines creative design expertise with marketing coordination to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Team Lead and Marketing Director, you will ensure the effective delivery of marketing materials for internal client groups, including but not limited to Sales, Services, Studio, Product, and the Executive Office. You will help develop,design, integrate, and execute internal and external campaigns that build trust in the AltaML brand and generate high-quality sales leads that convert into revenue.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Marketing & Communications, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in integrated marketing and design, a service-and growth-oriented mindset, deep digital expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding work while managing competing deadlines.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders to meet strategic goals, leveraging a deep understanding of AltaML’s ideal client profile to create and deliver impactful programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value clients, in alignment with sales teams to drive personalized, high-impact campaigns that convert prospects into long-term business.
- Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support lead generation, including the development of marketing, sales enablement, educational, and promotional materials (traditional and digital).
- Collaborate with the MarComm team to conceptualize, copywrite, and design assets such as decks, brochures, website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, use cases, testimonials, one-pagers, and social media content to support various stages of the funnel.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design work, adhering to established guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of AltaML’s events program, including managing logistics and creating materials to maximize the impact of promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare stakeholder reports to assess impact and ROI, and leverage data insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about market trends to guide design and marketing strategies.
- This involves collaborating closely with internal teams to analyze client behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Work with contractors as needed to develop cohesive collateral and messaging across channels in collaboration with the Team Lead and Marketing Director.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of marketing or design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing compelling traditional and digital marketing and design assets.
- Postsecondary education in marketing, design, sales, business, or a related field.
- Experience developing high-impact marketing strategies that support growth targets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of demand and lead generation best practices.
- Experience with graphic design and marketing tools/software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, GSuite, and Asana is an asset.
- Knowledge of, or curiosity to learn about, AI tools and their application in marketing practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a humble approach to listening to data and embracing new ideas.
- Project management experience with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.A positive attitude, growth mindset, and openness to development in an agile team environment.
