Tomáš Mašek has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as Chief Executive Officer at Altamira, where they are involved in companies-merge related activities. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Altamira Softworks, where they successfully merged the company with Ukrainian GBKSoft and British Altamira.ai. Tomáš also worked as a Co-Owner of Tradiny, a market analysis tool, and as a Co-Founder of CapaCV, a startup focused on video CVs. Tomáš Mašek is the Managing Partner and founder of Altamira Softworks, and they were also a Managing Partner at CEEOR, a company involved in market research for the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, they had previous experience as a Multichannel Marketing Manager at Kantar Health and as an IT Project Manager at TravelData.

Tomáš Mašek attended Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree (Mgr.) in journalism.
