Zachary Crowell has an extensive background in air quality management, currently serving as Air Quality Program Manager at Altamira-US, LLC since August 2019, following the company's rebranding from Enviro Clean Cardinal, LLC, where Zachary held the position of Air Quality Supervisor from July 2013 to August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Air Quality Specialist at SAIC from November 2010 to July 2013 and working as an Environmental Programs Specialist focused on Air Compliance/Enforcement at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality from June 2008 to November 2010. Zachary Crowell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology, with minors in Hydrology and Business, from the University of Oklahoma, completing studies in 2008.
