Kareem Sultan is a seasoned software development executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at Altair since July 2024, Kareem is focused on advancing the Metrics Design Automation mission with expertise in simulation, high-performance computing, and AI. As President of Async Services Inc. since April 2014, Kareem specializes in product development consulting and virtual CTO services. Past roles include Director of Platform and Director of Cloud Operations at Metrics Design Automation, Product Director at Deltek, and VP of Product and Engineering at ConceptShare. Kareem has a background in founding Atomiot and held various technical and leadership positions at companies such as Fusebill, Momentous.ca, RealDecoy, and RaceDV Inc. Kareem holds a degree from Carleton University, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
