Racquel Ellis is a Senior Engineer at Alta Planning + Design, having joined the company in August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Dynamic Civil Solutions from July 2016 to May 2022 and as a Transportation Engineer at Gonzalez-Strength and Associates, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2015. Racquel began their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer focused on roadway design at ICA Engineering, formerly known as Florence & Hutcheson, from July 2012 to December 2013. Educationally, Racquel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, attending from 2005 to 2009.
