Donna Hinkel is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in network operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at altafiber since April 2022, Donna previously held the position of Operations Manager at STEP CG and spent over two decades at Cincinnati Bell, where roles included Senior Director and Director of Network Operations. In these positions, Donna effectively led diverse technical teams responsible for network planning, maintenance, and optimization, emphasizing risk management, budgeting, and process improvements. Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton and two Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Xavier University.
