Fabrice Tshibasu has extensive experience in RF design engineering. Fabrice began their career at Sentech as a Junior RF Engineer in 2008 and worked there until 2009. Fabrice then joined Huawei Technologies as a GSM RF Optimization Engineer and later transitioned to roles as a GSM/UMTS RF Design Engineer, Senior LTE RF Design Engineer, and Senior RF Design Engineer. In 2014, they worked as an RF Design Engineer Consultant at ZTE Corporation. Currently, they are working at Altaeros as a Sr. RF Design Engineer, where they lead the design, development, and deployment of the Airborne Telecom Payload system for an autonomous aerostat. Fabrice also plans RF coverage and capacity, and manages customer information questionnaires for radio network design.

Fabrice Tshibasu obtained a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Radio Engineering from the University of Johannesburg from 2006 to 2008.
