Mohamed Refaat has extensive experience in service management and engineering, currently serving as the Central Region Service Head at Altaaqa Alternative Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mohamed held positions including Service Supervisor at Ejar Cat Rental Store from October 2016 to October 2022, Area Service Manager at PRECISION INDUSTRIES for a brief period in 2016, and Field Service Engineer at Mantrac Egypt from August 2012 to May 2016. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Tanta University, completed in May 2011.
