Fran Downs has over 25 years of experience in customer service and facility management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Alta Systems since June 2006, Fran has developed strong expertise in client relations. Prior to this role, Fran spent over 11 years as a Facility Manager at St. Francis Xavier Regional School, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and maintenance. Fran holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Suffolk County Community College, attained between 1973 and 1975.
