Macy Liebreich serves as the Alta Beef Canada Export & Logistics Coordinator at Alta Genetics since August 2022. With a long-standing partnership at Merit Cattle Co., Macy helps manage a grassroots operation of 200 purebred black Angus cattle and maintains active involvement in the business from Vancouver. Previous experience includes working as an Accounting Associate at Bench Accounting, where problem-solving and time management were key responsibilities, and as an Ice Team Member for Canucks Sports & Entertainment, enhancing fan experiences. Macy has held leadership roles, including Vice President of the Saskatchewan Junior Angus Association and as a Junior Angus Ambassador for the Canadian Angus Association. An alumnus of UBC Sauder School of Business, Macy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources, focusing on Social Impact & Sustainability.
