Eric Kania is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently serving as Project Director at Alston Construction since December 2020, Eric manages pre-construction and project management for warehouse core and shell to tenant improvement projects ranging from 5,000 sqft to over 1 million sqft. As the Owner and Principal of EK Design Studio since January 2009, Eric specializes in providing cost-effective creative design solutions, fostering repeat business. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager at Ware Malcomb, and Senior Project Manager at Tokarski Millemann Architects, where Eric ensured high-quality deliverables for various building types. Early career experiences included roles at K. Hovnanian Homes, JMC Architects, and Frank G. Relf Architect, focusing on architectural design and project oversight. Eric holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
