Megha Gaddam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the transit and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Alstom since August 2022, Megha oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to PMO best practices and IEEE standards. Prior roles include Systems Integration Project Manager at Kiewit and various positions at Bombardier Transportation, where responsibilities ranged from project management of large-scale, safety-critical systems to quality assurance and process improvement.
