Marius Şuiu is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR operations and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the HR Operations Director for the Europe Hub at Alstom, Marius has previously held positions such as HR Global Services Europe Operational Excellence Manager and HR Manager/HRBP in the RSC Development & Project Office. Prior experience at Bombardier includes roles as HR Organizational Effectiveness Partner for the Engineering & Technology Office and International Recruiter. Marius holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Malmö University and completed Erasmus Exchange Studies in International Relations and European Studies at Babes-Bolyai University.
