Lalita Putti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the APAC Talent Management Director and Product Line HRBP for Signalling and Infra APAC at Alstom since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lalita held multiple HR leadership positions at Bombardier from September 2010 to March 2021, including Human Resources Director APAC and Functional HR Business Partner for Engineering. Lalita began the HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Airbus from November 2009 to September 2010. Lalita completed a Master’s degree in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2008 to 2010, following a fast-track Leadership Development program in Human Resources that included international assignments and development modules.
