Adlene TAARABIT has over 19 years of experience in the railway and infrastructure sector, currently serving as System Project Engineering Manager at Alstom since September 2007. Key contributions include overall technical management for the Jeddah APM Upgrade Project and system engineering oversight for the Riyadh Metro Project, particularly in rolling stock, power supply, signaling, and telecommunications. Adlene has held various roles including Track & 3rd Rail Technical Manager, overseeing design management for trackworks and electrical systems, and has managed engineering activities across the Middle East and Africa to enhance local competencies and project delivery. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Assistant Engineer for the Clermont-Ferrand Tramway project at SYSTRA. Adlene holds an engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from INSA Lyon.
