Ricardo Rivera Navarro has extensive experience in CRM and POS systems management. Ricardo has worked at Alsea since June 2011, initially as a CRM Innovation Manager and currently as a CRM Operations Manager. In their role, Ricardo focuses on integrating various elements to establish a customer data ecosystem and implementing new technologies to enhance customer profiles. In their previous role at Grupo CSI, Ricardo served as a DB Administrator. Ricardo has a degree in Information Technology from Unidad Profesional Interdisciplinaria de IngenierÃa y Ciencias Sociales y Administrativas, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
