Carl Chalfont is a Principal Consultant and Cloud Evangelist at Alscient, specializing in cloud solutions with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce. Over the past two years, Carl has successfully delivered numerous Amazon Connect projects leveraging various AWS services. Previously, Carl served as a Principal Consultant at BrightGen, focusing on technical project delivery and mentoring. Experience as a Solution Architect at O2 UK included developing a framework for SOA integration, while earlier roles at ioko, Telstra, and Brisbane Water involved significant development and design responsibilities. Carl began their career at Oracle, engaging in consultancy across multiple client sites. Educationally, Carl holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Huddersfield.
