Benito III Obed has a diverse work experience in the field of art direction. Benito III began their career as a Visualizer at DDB GROUP PHILIPPINES from April 2000 to August 2002. Benito III then worked as an Art Director at MullenLowe Group Asia Pacific from August 2002 to April 2004, where they handled accounts such as UNILEVER and M. Y. San. Following this, they joined Campaigns and Grey as a Senior Art Director from April 2004 to January 2016. Subsequently, they worked at Asia Digital as an Art Director from September 2016 to January 2021. Currently, they are working as an Art Director at Alsayegh since April 2021.

Benito III Obed obtained their Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
