Mouhammed Ezat possesses extensive experience in customer support and software testing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Alqemam since November 2012. Prior roles at Alqemam include Customer Support Engineer and Quality Control Engineer. Before this, Mouhammed served as an IT Support Specialist for the Military Police from January 2011 to March 2012. Mouhammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mansoura University, completed between 2006 and 2010, specializing in the Computer Science and Information Technology Department.
