Jamie Humphrey possesses extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Chair of the ALPSP and holding roles as Director and Committee member since 2009. At the Royal Society of Chemistry since 1995, Jamie leads the Journals division as Head of Journals and Publisher, directing a team responsible for enhancing the quality, usage, and financial success of a broad range of journals and databases in chemistry. Jamie has held various editorial roles, significantly contributing to the development and growth of multiple journals, including leading the launch of several electronic-only publications. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MA in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge.
