Michael Weyant, FMP, currently serves as a Manufacturing Engineer at ALPLA Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held positions including Maintenance Reliability Manager at WestRock Company, Maintenance Manager at HyPro Inc., and Facilities Maintenance Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Management Services, where responsibilities included developing strategic operational plans and ensuring quality and cost targets were met for key accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor at DTZ, where Michael oversaw maintenance tasks and had extensive knowledge of various control systems and preventive maintenance. Michael holds an Associateā€™s Degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from DeVry University, a Class B Electrical Journeyman License from the State of Iowa, an FMP Credential from the International Facility Management Association, and a certification in leadership training from Franklin Covey.
