Bérénice Boulay-Cappelle is an experienced internal audit leader currently serving as Head of Internal Audit at Alpiq since January 2010, where responsibilities include leading the internal audit function and managing professional auditors. Additionally, Bérénice holds the position of Deputy Head Internal Audit at Lucile Green since 2016, alongside entrepreneurial endeavors as a founder, author, and publisher. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Internal Audit at EOS (Energie Ouest Suisse) and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Geneva and France. Bérénice holds a degree from HEC Paris and the Certified Internal Auditor designation, with ongoing education at IDC Institut de Coaching SA.
