Joe Monteforte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development. As Co-founder and Managing Partner of Alpine Solutions Group since January 2017, Joe has been instrumental in connecting top talent with leading companies nationwide, contributing to the company's recognition as the #2 fastest growing company in Los Angeles and one of the Best Workplaces in America. In addition, Joe serves as Managing Partner at Alpine Ventures, where the focus is on supporting venture and private equity-backed organizations in uncovering talent. Previous roles include Account Manager at Insight Global, where Joe drove business with enterprise-level clients, and Co-Founder & Head of Sales at Cool College Cleaners, the first startup approved for operation on the University of Tampa campus. Joe began their career as an Account Executive at Mascus and demonstrated rapid advancement from intern to a full-time position. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tampa.
