Grace Adeline Halcon is a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the health and community services sector. Currently with Alpine Health since June 2023, Halcon focuses on growth opportunities and partnerships in Northeast Victoria. Previous roles include leading business development for education and health markets in the Philippines at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission from 2017 to 2023, and serving as a Senior Technical Advisor for Policy at RTI International. Halcon's career also encompasses significant positions at the Philippine Department of Health, including managing research projects and eHealth program initiatives. With a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emilio Aguinaldo College, Halcon combines a strong academic background with practical experience in public health and policy development.
