Randy Croall has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Randy began their career at UPS in 1991, where they worked as an Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, and People Development Manager. During their time at UPS, they effectively led teams, managed budgets, and implemented process improvements. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Director of HRSC at Canyons Resort, where they successfully merged two Human Resource operations and implemented an enhanced onboarding process.
