Philippe Salle has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 1990, they started as a Senior Consultant at Accenture and later worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Randstad (ex Vedior) as an Executive Board Member and eventually became the MD in charge of Southern Europe and France CEO before leaving in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Salle served as the CEO of Geoservices SA. Philippe then moved on to become the President Geoservices at Schlumberger from 2010 to 2011. Salle held the position of Chairman & CEO at Altran from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Chairman & CEO at Elior Group. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Emeria and in 2018, they took on the role of Non-Executive Chairman at CGG. Additionally, Salle is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Mistertemp' group - Franchises aquila RH, Lynx RH, Vitalis Mé sildical & Mistertemp'.
