Yuri Bernstein possesses extensive experience in test engineering, currently serving as a Staff Test Engineer at both Alphawave IP Group and SiFive since September 2022 and July 2019, respectively. Prior to these roles, Yuri has held the position of Staff Test Engineer at Open Silicon since 2007 and served as a Senior Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductor (formerly Philips Semiconductor) from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Yuri gained valuable experience as an Application Engineer at Credence from 2004 to 2005, as a Test/Product Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor from 2000 to 2003, and as a Test Engineer at Tower Semiconductor from 1996 to 2000. Education was completed at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
