Herbert Gomes is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering and planning, currently serving as Coordenador de Planejamento Técnico at Alphaville since July 2019. With previous roles including Engenheiro de Planejamento at Alphaville Urbanismo and various positions in financial planning and control at Nortis and Vibra Residencial, Herbert has developed a strong expertise in project coordination and financial management. Additional experience includes a tenure as Coordenador de Planejamento e Custos at LOCK Engenharia and foundational roles as a civil engineer and intern at Scopel Desenvolvimento Urbano, Even, and Gafisa.
