Jen Kugler, PE, is an accomplished Principal Energy Solutions Architect at AlphaStruxure since January 2022, specializing in engineering behind-the-meter energy generation solutions that enhance economic viability, reliability, resilience, and sustainability for clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Energy Engineer at Burns Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed design and evaluation of energy projects across various sectors including higher education and healthcare. Additional roles at PowerSecure, Lime Energy, and Princeton Energy Systems involved extensive work on energy efficiency projects, cogeneration, and microgrid technologies, complemented by initial experiences at ExxonMobil in both lead engineering and process engineering capacities. Jen Kugler holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
