Sandra Hood is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at HRLF and as the Director of People & Culture at AlphaSimplex Group. Sandra was previously a Property Manager at Sherlock Homes Property LTD, a Regional HR Operations Manager at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and a Volunteer at Rural South African Schools and Non Profits. Sandra also has experience as a Product Manager at Microsoft. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
