Shannon Fitzgerald is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic people management. Currently serving as VP of People at AlphaSense, Shannon has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of People Business Partnerships at the same organization. Previously, Shannon was the VP of Human Resources at Element, Inc., and held HR leadership positions at TheMuse.com, Akuna Capital, and Allston Trading. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
