Cara Hickey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales incentive compensation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Incentive Compensation at AlphaSense since May 2024, Cara previously held similar senior management roles at Recorded Future from October 2021 to May 2024, and at Carbonite from March 2018 to October 2021, where progression included titles such as Manager of Variable Compensation and Sr. Commissions Analyst. Earlier career experience includes an associate position at First Republic Bank. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Information Systems & Business Analytics from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, and has also studied at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2015.
