Radhika Arora currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at AlphaQuest, a role that encompasses various HR functions including compensation, talent development, and performance management since September 2023. Prior to this position, Radhika held leadership roles at Schonfeld, overseeing Enterprise Technology Talent Acquisition and serving as Director of Technology Recruiting. Radhika's expertise in recruiting was further developed during tenures at Open Systems Technologies as Director of Sourcing and Recruiting Operations and Associate Director of Sourcing and Recruiting. Radhika also gained valuable experience at CTPartners, conducting senior leadership assignments for major companies, and began a career in recruitment at Open Systems Technologies as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Radhika's early career included a role at NASA's Spacecraft and Planetary Imaging Facility as a Publicity Associate/Research Assistant. Radhika holds a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University.
