Paul’s work is focused on materials, components, and processes for various devices using e-Tint technology as well as next generation materials and prototype development. Currently, he is heading their research effort with NASA. He received his PhD in Chemistry from Kent State University, followed by a multi-year fellowship at the Liquid Crystal Institute working with liquid crystal polymer materials. An international researcher, Paul has worked in world-renowned research institutions across the globe, including Tokyo University, Eindhoven Technical University, University of Freiburg, and Kyoto University. He has co-authored multiple publications and patents. Paul is fluent in Russian and Japanese, is a talented vegetable farmer and enjoys playing cards and cooking.
