Ben Southgate is an experienced professional with a background in finance and sales. Currently serving as a Fund Finance Portfolio Manager at Alpha Group since December 2024, Southgate previously worked as an Account Executive at Duda from October 2023 to December 2024. As the Founder of mojo.careers from January 2021 to September 2023, Southgate created a recruitment technology platform that matched graduates with jobs using psychometric assessments while successfully bootstrapping and scaling the business.
