Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In parallel, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
