Shmulik Tzruya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shmulik currently holds the role of Head of Operations at Alpha-Bio Tec. Dental Implants since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tenengroup Ltd. as a Manufacturing Manager from September 2019 to February 2021. Shmulik also has experience at Alpha-Bio tec as a Manufacturing Manager and Danaher Business System Leader from December 2012 to September 2019. Shmulik managed over 60 production associates and implemented process improvements using Lean tools and principles. Shmulik's earlier experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Group Leader at Micron Technology from April 2008 to December 2012 and as a Process Tech at Intel Corporation from March 1999 to April 2008.

Shmulik Tzruya began their education in 2003 at Sapir College. Shmulik completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Technologic Marketing in 2006. Following this, they attended SCE College from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
