Niels Münzner has extensive experience in mobile app platform development and digital transformation. Since January 2012, Niels has been involved with Alphabet International GmbH, focusing on innovative mobile touch points for drivers, while also serving as IT Project Lead for digitization at BMW Group. This role includes overseeing mobile app platform initiatives and improving digitization processes in financial services related to fleet management. Prior to these positions, Niels was Chief Process Officer at Sparkasse Ulm and held various leadership roles in business process development and fleet management at BwFuhrparkService GmbH. Niels began a career in logistics with the German Armed Forces, where responsibilities included optimizing supply chains and managing logistics departments.
