Ari Budi Raharjo has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Deputy Director at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan since March 2014. Previous roles at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan include Senior Analyst of Organizational and Human Resources Policy Consultation and Head of various HR Development subdivisions, where Ari implemented numerous HR development programs. Prior to this, Ari held several positions at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., including Head of Information Technology and Logistics Subdivision and various roles in general affairs and property management. Ari's educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Petra Christian University, complemented by secondary education at SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya.
