Julie Rousseau has an extensive work experience in the field of biology and oncology. Julie is currently serving as the Associate Director of Translational Biology at Alpha-9 Theranostics Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Scientist at the same company from September 2021 to December 2022.
Before joining Alpha-9 Theranostics Inc., Julie worked at BC Cancer, where they held multiple positions. Julie was a Research Associate in Dr. Francois Benard's lab in the Molecular Oncology Department from November 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Post-doctoral fellow in F. Julie Rousseau obtained their first degree from Nantes Université, where they completed a Master's in Cellular Biology, Physiology, Biotechnologies, and Therapeutic Research from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Aspects of Biology at the same institution from 2007 to 2010.
