Dania Shahin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Operations and previously as a Program Director and Sr. Program Manager at Alpha Wave Global, LP, Dania has also contributed to the startup ecosystem through roles as Program Manager for the Techstars HUB71 Accelerator and Techstars Dubai in partnership with GINCO Investments. At Sheraa, Dania provided strategy and partnership support through research and analysis, while at LEAD, responsibilities included heading the startups program. As a co-founder of Wekard, Dania demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. Educational credentials include participation in the Global Bootcamp at the MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies, alongside studies at Stanford Continuing Studies.
